The office will be open for appointments beginning on July 14, 2014. Since 1994, Dr. Tachmes has been a top surgeon in the South Florida area however, opening an office in The Big Apple has always been a career long dream. The jet setting surgeon will be taking appointments several days each month as he grows his Upper East Side practice.
