Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colbert—Young Team Honored for Sales Performance

SAN DIEGO - April 2, 2014 - PRLog -- The Colbert—Young Team, which consists of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ agents Kathleen Colbert, Joel Young and Andrea Young, has once again been honored for their sales production and service. Having recently celebrated their 26^th year in real estate, as well as the President’s Circle award, which ranks them in the top three percent of the brokerage’s national network, the Colbert—Young Team is known for their integrity and talent for providing their clients with exceptional results.

This year also marked the fifth consecutive occasion in which the Colbert—Young Team has earned San Diego Magazine’s “Five Star Real Estate Agents” award. The award is given to fewer than four percent of agents in San Diego County. It is based in part on surveys of past clients in such areas as overall satisfaction and whether or not they would recommend the agent to a friend.

The Colbert—Young Team, which is based in the San Diego Central office, was also recognized for ranking in the top 100 for their sales performance in 2013, out of all of the brokerage’s agents in San Diego County.
