Introducing Coach Corey Wright for Girls Supreme Court Basketball

Feb. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Introducting Girls Supreme Court Basketball Coach Corey Wright and Our Supreme Court’s mission is to create programs devoted to developing players’ skills on the basketball court that also translate to success in the classroom and the community.
Our Vision
Supreme Court will seek to enhance its program by expanding regionally and nationally into strategic markets, providing players with the program’s team-oriented basketball, discipline and work ethic philosophies that translate into skills that be utilized in everyday life.

Our Teams
Supreme Court is a club basketball program offering boys and girls teams for children in the 4th grade through high school. We currently have 7 teams with approximately 10 players/team. 4th through 8th grade club teams are formed by grade/gender to play year-round in the fall, winter, spring and summer leagues. Additionally, some players will be selected from the club teams to participate in a travel team, which will play in select tournaments.

A select number of players from the high school club teams will be chosen for an all-star travel team. The all-star team will participate in tournaments in San Diego as well as across the country during the fall and summer seasons.

Your Commitment
We ask our players to commit to playing all four league seasons with Supreme Court. We will work around a player’s other sports involvement. However, we need to have a commitment that Supreme Court will be as or more important than the other sport(s). No player will be allowed to play for another club basketball program unless that team is a school team. If a player is participating on a school team, we ask that Supreme Court be made the priority and that the player request approval from Supreme Court before playing with the school team.

Annual Club Fee and Monthly Dues
Our annual club fee of $250 covers operational costs, uniform, liability insurance, and an AAU identification card for new and returning participants. Our monthly dues cover gym rental, coach’s fees, and operational costs. New Player Registration
All new players must complete and submit the Registration Form and full payment of the annual club fee at the first practice or by mailing it prior to the first practice. Players may not practice or play until the registration form and payment have been received.

Personal Training
Supreme Court offers personal training for all aspects of an athlete’s development. We offer private basketball training to boys and girls of all ages who are serious about basketball and improving their skill level as a player. Our training sessions can be held individually or for a small group. The benefit of our group sessions (up to 4 athletes) is developing a better understanding of the game, ball movement and player spacing on the court.

Skill Development
We also offer specific skills training and development for:
Shooting
Passing
Ball handling
Weak hand development
Defense
1-on-1 and 2-on-2

Cost
$65  Personal Session, 60 minutes
$75  Personal Session with sibling(s) of comparable skill level, 60 minutes
$50  (per person) Group Session (up to 4 athletes), 90 minutes
* Discounts available for multiple sessions per week.
