Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz, Director of the Humanistic Management Center has partnered with Humanist Learning Systems to offer a free program on Humanistic Management.
 
BRADENTON, Fla. - Nov. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz, Director of the Humanistic Management Center has partnered with Humanist Learning Systems to offer a free program on Humanistic Management.  The one hour online course called, Why Humanistic Management will provide an overview of what a humanistic management paradigm is all about.

Humanistic management advocates a paradigm shift towards a more human centered management approach based on three fundamental steps. This approach, developed by the Humanistic Management Center, consists of:

•Respect for human dignity in business

•Integration of ethics in management decisions

•Engagement with stakeholders

Together these steps lead to views on managerial tasks that are better aligned to a role of business in society that is based on shared value creation.

Course instructor Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz is the Director of the Humanistic Management Center, a think tank, learning institution and advisory firm promoting business management that protects human dignity and promotes human wellbeing. Ernst lectures at various Universities around the world, consults business and nonprofit organizations and holds and range of board, editorial and reviewer positions.
