UHY Taps Lauren Oxley as Consulting Manager in Management & Technology Consulting Group

Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- UHY LLP Georgia (http://www.uhy-us.com) today announced the appointment of Lauren Oxley as a Consulting Manager in the firm’s Management & Technology Consulting department, with a focus in Enterprise Optimization. Based in the Atlanta office, she will be serving UHY clients nationwide, bringing exceptional experience in management and professional consulting in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. She reports to UHY LLP’s Managing Director in the southeast, Frank Fenello.

Oxley’s professional skills include:
• Building teams for complex projects like finance transformation and due diligence
• Analyzing complex accounting issues, such as revenue recognition, onerous lease provisions and acquisition accounting
• Delivering enterprise optimization to clients through various project management and implementation tools

Before joining UHY, Oxley was a manager at Deloitte LLP's London office, where she helped build the finance transformation team within Deloitte UK.

In addition to her professional skills, Oxley was also an ESPN Academic All-American, serving as head captain for the St. Francis University women’s soccer team and as a semi-professional player for the Queens Park Rangers (QPR) Football Club in the Women’s English Premier League in London. She also participated in Elevation Networks’ Advanced Mentoring Program, working to help train and develop young people to understand the opportunities in the marketplace for them and to increase their employability.

A certified professional accountant, Oxley received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania’s St. Francis University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She lives in Midtown Atlanta with her husband, Anthony.
