Znhalla was watching inane TV while watching the hours go by effectively trapped inside by the snowy weather. But her imagination leads to fantasy as she experiences the handsome men on TV in a very palpable way. Yearning for her lover to return from out in space, she changes the channels looking for another man to fulfill her desires, if only for a few intense moments.
Pablo Lennis, edited by John Thiel, is sci-fi’s longest running fanzine with more than 250 issues over the last 24 years. There is also an online version titled "Surprising Stories" which showcases original art and informative conjecture.
Author and dream counselor Rose Gordy spent thirteen years of her early life as a nun effectively cut off from the world. In spite of the conditions within the Church, she managed to leave and make a life for herself including getting married and having three sons. Through her experiences in the convent as well as decades of teaching in the classroom, she has woven compelling stories and poems honoring the lives lost and changed forever by adversity.
