CUIDAD OBREGON, Mexico - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- QTA is just about to launch it Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO), specializing airframe heavy maintenance in Cd. Obregon, Sonora, Mexico in its new wide body hangar. One of the requirements to launch is to be insured.
