City MP launches new homes development in Peterborough
A brand new homes development has just opened in Peterborough. ‘Wilson Gardens’ is being built by Leicestershire based homebuilder Davidsons and was officially opened by City MP Stewart Jackson.
This is Davidsons first development in Peterborough, and Mr Jackson welcomed them to the city at the launch event saying “I’m delighted Davidsons have come to Peterborough. The development looks fantastic. It’s another example of Peterborough attracting very good solid housebuilders, delivering homes with quality and style”. Davidsons, whose traditional style homes have proved popular with buyers in the East Midlands, aim to build a range of homes combining more traditional exteriors with modern interiors, offering the very best for today’s lifestyles.
The showhome at Wilson Gardens is The Nearsborough, which is a 4 bedroom, double fronted, detached property with en-suite to the main bedroom, a well planned kitchen/family area, a large sitting room and a study. The homes initially released are priced at £190,000 to £340,000.
There is an excellent specification in all of the homes. All kitchens are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave - and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites. There are also lots of ways to personalise your home by choosing different colours, doors, handles, paint throughout, and lots of other details – many at no extra cost.
Jason Glover, Operations Director at Davidsons Homes, said “This is an exciting new development for us, in a brand new area. There are a number of different home styles offering lots of choice. We try to do things a little differently at Davidsons, and with the showhome now open visitors will be able to see this for themselves”.
