International Video Game Auction House website goes live

Hall of Fame gamer bringing new platform to artifacts of gaming culture

Nov. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- The International Video Game Auction House website has gone live just one day before Thanksgiving.

The new online auction platform aims to serve as the host for auctions for rare and uncommon items of importance to video gaming history and culture.  The first auction will run from December 8 to December 15, and already contains almost a dozen items, from early competitive gaming press materials to the iconic jersey of esteemed video game referee Walter Day.

The IVGAH is the brainchild of hall of game gamer Ben Gold, who first burst onto the scene in 1982 as part of a LIFE Magazine photo spread and in 1983 for winning a live televised competition on ABC's That's Incredible!  Gold hopes the new platform can help bring unique and historic gaming items more into the public eye while providing a platform for the medium.

Potential bidders can learn more about the site and how to register for the first upcoming auction period by visiting the website at http://www.IVGAH.com .

They also have a live Twitter page @IVGAH1 and Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/IVGAH .

Any questsions or potential technical issues with the new site can be reported directly by phone at (469) 767 1358
