Follow on Google News | Tech Startup Brings Real Life Shortcuts to BerlinTech Startup KeyRocket creates Real Life Shortcuts campaign.
By: KeyRocket KeyRocket increases productivity by letting users know about keyboard shortcuts that could save them time, but that’s only the beginning—shortcuts are all around us. With this week’s creative marketing action strategy, we introduced real life shortcuts for everyday situations around Berlin. Everyone at KeyRocket was asked to scout for great shortcuts in their neighborhoods and around the city. Within a few days, we had compiled a lot of interesting ideas that were unique to each person’s daily routine. With our shortcuts combined, we set out to mark these routes with signs, sidewalk chalk and stickers. Our shortcuts, “brought to you by KeyRocket,” were met with great enthusiasm from thankful citizens! Photos of our real life shortcuts are available at the KeyRocket Blog: http://www.veodin.com/ About KeyRocket KeyRocket is software that shows users time-saving keyboard shortcuts, when they use slow and inefficient mouse clicks. The shortcut hints appear as subtle pop-ups, which do not interrupt workflow. Users no longer need to search for individual shortcuts, plus they learn some they never knew existed because KeyRocket looks at each user’s mouse actions and recommends shortcuts based on them. Success notifications and a personal progress dashboard increase fun and motivation to learn. KeyRocket supports the Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. With over 1,700 shortcuts KeyRocket covers the needs of most office workers. In the coming months the product will be available for other standard software. About Veodin Software GmbH The software is developed by Veodin Software GmbH at their headquarters in Berlin, Germany. The company was founded in June 2011 by Matthias Mayrock and Jan Mechtel. The founders formed the team after several years of success in the business consulting and software development. Seed investors include High-Tech Gründerfonds and Michael Brehm.
