OrecX to Announce Highly Affordable, Platform-Independent Mobile Call Recording Software at AstriCon

Sept. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- OrecX, offering the most affordable call recording software for ITSPs and call centers, will debut its new voice recording software for mobile phones at AstriCon 2012.  The software will be priced about 50 percent less than competing offerings, it can be installed in under 30 minutes, and it will run on all major mobile platforms, including iPhone iOS, Android and BlackBerry.

OrecX’s new Oreka MR (Mobile Recording) software will capture both inbound and outbound mobile calls, and it fully integrates with the Oreka TR (Total Recording) platform.  There is no need to change SIM cards and no new infrastructure is required.  The software runs off of an OrecX Recording Server which is connected directly to the company’s telephony switch.

2. Using an operator-independent call routing application (OptiCaller) to ensure all mobile calls are routed back to the central PBX regardless of the carrier
3. Working with a mobile-ready infrastructure, such as Broadsoft Broadworks with SIPREC
