QUOTES: “The 2012 Culinary Olympics presents a wonderful opportunity for our students to expand their experience and familiarity with Europe’s best cuisine,” said Jayson M. Boyers, national division president of The Chef’s Academy. “Competitions like this help students take what they have learned in the classroom and combine it with a real-world industry perspective that will open new doors for them upon graduation. With the fish fry, we hope to not only raise funds for the trip, but welcome the Indianapolis community to our school and show them the importance of embracing the local food culture.” NEW MEDIA CONTENT: The Chef’s Academy Twitter: http://twitter.com/ The Chef’s Academy Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/ The Chef’s Academy Blog: http://thechefsacademy.blogspot.com/ The Chef’s Academy YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/ ABOUT THE CHEF’S ACADEMY: The Chef’s Academy is the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 110-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study.
