Hix Restaurant Group puts an EPoS solution from Tevalis & J2 Retail Systems on the menu

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix formed Restaurants Etc in January 2008 and now has a number of restaurants in London and one in Lyme Regis. Observes Ratnesh Bagdai, the group’s co-founder and finance director: “The Tevalis system is incredibly easy to use both at point-of-sale and in the back-office.  It's extremely quick and very well thought out.
