By: BAM Outsource BAM Outsource is a direct sales and marketing company that works with one of the main sponsors for The X Factor so they are big fans of the show. The X Factor underwent a complete overhaul in 2011 as Simon Cowell left the UK to go and take the helm in the USA show. Three new judges, Gary Barlow, Tulisa and Kelly Rowland, were drafted in to join old hand Louis Walsh. Whilst Gary and Tulisa went down a storm BAM Outsource weren’t surprised to learn a couple of months ago that Kelly Rowland wouldn’t be returning to the show. A spokesperson for the Peterborough- Cowell has drafted in various industry favourites to guest judge the auditions. Mel B took charge in Manchester and is said to be Simon’s favourite though he is concerned that as she is already signed up to the Australian version it might be difficult to tie her down. The firm favourite with the fans so far seems to be Anastasia who presided over the Glasgow auditions. A couple of the team members at BAM Outsource were fortunate to get tickets to go and watch the auditions and here is what they had to say. “Anastasia was fantastic, she was fun, fair and gave really great comments. We felt she has a lot of credibility as she’s been so successful, she gave her own opinion and shared some of her experience with the people auditioning. Mel B would be a great choice as well, but we’re gunning for Anastasia!” Other judges who have already stepped in or are planned to are Geri Halliwell, Leona Lewis and Rita Ora, it seems that Simon Cowell likes the even split of men to women. Does BAM Outsource think that the X Factor is losing its charm? “All of these shows follow a certain prescription and its up to the producers to keep it fresh. We’ve hear rumours that they’re doing away with boot camp this year and that there will be a surprise in its place. We’re pretty confident that the X Factor still has another few years in it.” BAM Outsource is a marketing company with a difference, providing explosive results for our clients around the UK.
