Viewers get up close and personal with the women chosen to begin their journey on the
‘A Lifetime of Health and Wellness Makeover™’ Series

(Pompano Beach, FL- March 8, 2012)  After hundreds of women between the ages of 20-60 attended casting calls and auditions, the final four ‘Reality Stars’ have been chosen for “A Lifetime of Health and Wellness Makeover” ™ on the award winning morning show “The Balancing Act” on Lifetime Television .  The new series, which will follow the journeys of the four women to health and wellness, continues with Episode 3, airing on March 12th.

Lifetime viewers will be introduced to each woman for the first time, as they sit together as a group and candidly reveal emotional moments experienced while going through the casting process as well as the challenges they face ahead.

“While each woman wants to accomplish the goal of losing weight, attaining wellness and a healthier lifestyle, they have individual compelling stories which brought them to the point of desiring a lifelong change”, says Dr. Tom Deters, Managing Director of the  ‘A Lifetime of
Health and Wellness Makeover™’ Series.  

Stay tuned as the four women ‘reality stars’ kick off their six month journey at the world famous Premiere Fitness Camp at La Costa Resort and Spa in San Diego, CA., where they will undergo a complete physical evaluation by camp experts, and a medical assessment performed at the University of San Diego followed by a week-long boot camp.
