MagicRAM mSATA Mini SSD solution delivers all the advantages of Solid State Drive technology based on SLC and MLC Flash technology in the industry’s smallest form factor solution.  

Fully compliant with JEDEC MO-300B mSATA specifications, the new MagicRAM mSATA mini SSD offers a high performance SATA-II 3Gbps interface in a diminutive 26.8mm length and 30mm width.

Ideal for embedded applications as well as data centric server and storage applications, the new module supports the SATA I/II interface and is SATA Revision 2.6 compliant and compatible with SATA 1.5Gbps and 3.0Gbps serial interface data rates.

Endurance enhanced by global wear leveling and with built-in 16/24 bit BCH-ECC engine, MagicRAM mSATA mini SSD offers Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of more than 2,000,000 hours.

MagicRAM mSATA mini SSD is available in capacities from 4GB to 32GB in standard & extended temperature.
