Sundial Venues Named ‘Gold Standard’ in BDRC Continental’s “VenueVerdict”

Oct. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Sundial Venues’ dedicated meeting and training venues Barnett Hill and Woodside have both achieved ‘Gold Standard' in BDRC Continental's latest "VenueVerdict" survey. This is now the third quarter this year that Woodside, Sundial’s Warwickshire venue near Birmingham has retained its ‘Gold Standard’ status.
BDRC Continental is the leading supplier of marketing research insight to the meetings sector, with a team of research professionals dedicated to this important part of the hospitality industry. Their “VenueVerdict” survey features over 300 UK Conference venues and internationally renowned hotel chains, of which, just a handful achieve the ‘Gold Standard' accreditation each year.
Sundial Venues comprises three UK conference centres in quiet country house locations in Northamptonshire, Surrey and Warwickshire. Woodside has now retained the ‘Gold Standard’ accreditation for the third quarter this year, putting it in a great position to regain the annual ‘Gold Standard’ for 2011. Meanwhile Barnett Hill in Surrey has also achieved the accreditation, receiving feedback including “I think the venue is fantastic and the staff service is excellent”.  Sundial’s Northamptonshire venue Highgate House is BDRC Continental’s ‘Number One Venue’ of 2010, which was announced in January this year. The venue also holds the national title ‘Best Business Tourism Establishment’ 2011, following the EnjoyEngland awards in April.
