Quant Trade Opens Up Gold Finger to the Public

Sept. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Quant Trade is pleased to introduce the Gold Finger trading program. Trading COMEX Gold, CME Euro Currency futures and Mini Crude, this program has been trading existing client funds since June 17, 2011.

Gold Finger is a systematic trading methodology that incorporates a preset algorithm to identify trade opportunities in Gold, the Euro Currency and Crude Oil. The algorithm was developed through the use of spatial price discovery methods proprietary to Quant Trade Technologies, Inc. Once the Gold Finger pattern was identified, Quant Trade offered the program to existing clients. Quant Trade's Chief Executive Officer Erik Long stated, "Initially there was a concern over capacity constraints, so we did not offer Gold Finger to the public. After careful market analysis, we have determined that we will not jeopardize the integrity of the model if we restrict our trading to 100 futures contracts per trade. Because of this, we decided to open the program up to the public until we reach that limit."
