Hope Music Festival Announces National Music Acts, Open Casting Call
The 4th annual Hope Music Festival has announced its music lineup and it includes some national contemporary Christian touring heavy-weights.

“We are still waiting on final confirmation from Brandon Green,” Event Coordinator Jeff Minton said, “He just finished opening up for Keith Urban in Knoxville, so we are hurrying to book him before someone else does.” Green has been part of the last 3 Hope Festival events and is best known for his Top 50 finish on American Idol, runner-up on CMT’s “Can You Duet” and one-half of the country music duo, JB Rocket.
Regional acts and Louisville music scene favorites scheduled to perform are defining Ezra, Honeywagon, the Jake Parker Band with Younger than Noah out of Indianapolis. The festival will be introducing—
New to the event this year is the Hope 5K Run/Walk for Water beginning at the Jeffersonville, River Stage at 8:00 o’clock AM EST. The race runs along Riverside Drive to the Falls of the Ohio State Park and back for what should be a magnificent new race course.
Lastly, there is an open casting call for 2000 dancers to participate in the festival’s “Dance Your Shoes Off,” flash mob and video shoot. Clean Socks Hope, the charity behind the festival is partnering with Louisville nonprofit EDGE Outreach and Jeffersonville feeding ministry Jesus Cares at Exit 0 along with numerous church partners to sponsor the 2011 Hope Music Festival featuring Addison Road. The festival still has openings for local artisans, businesses and ministries who would like to participate.
Clean Socks Hope is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the forgotten community of people who until now remain lost in the shadows, alone without a voice.

Clean Socks Hope, Inc. is an advocacy group that raises awareness and donations for the homeless in the Louisville—S. Indiana area. They also offer help to defray the operational costs of street level feeding programs and shelters through volunteerism.
