That does not mean you never go to the doctor for check-ups!
But there is little point in wanting or trying to live a long life if you’re not able to feel your well-being and so enjoy your life. Is there?

Francoise Bonhoure, who has set up her website, ‘Benefits to Exercise for Seniors’, specialising in Free and Easy Exercises for Over 50’s, is revealing to the public simple processes that were created 2000 years ago, along with the development of Chinese Medicine and at a time when people were much closer to Nature, which promote health and longevity as well as even ‘immortality’ (yes, you have read that right!).

The 21st Century lifestyle has generated many problems and tensions as the increased pace of daily life and enormous technological and social changes have gathered momentum.
So that now vast numbers of people find themselves depleted physically, emotionally and/or mentally on a regular or even permanent basis.

Most of the exercises come from the Tradition of ‘Tao’ from Ancient China, passed down the ages through the generations for thousands of years and still very much applicable these days, (even more I’d say!).

From the most profound perspective, for the spiritually-inclined people of those days – and many were, as they were less complicated intellectually than we are now – ‘immortality’ (and the principle is still valid these days) was the quantity and quality of ‘refined energy’ a person managed to develop in his/her ‘physical lifetime’, ‘deathless energy’ that one was able to ‘ride-on’ in the after-life for a high level of self-realisation or even ‘enlightenment’.
