We all experience changes in our lives, but how each of us responds to change, whether large (a new baby, a move, a layoff or a retirement), or small (the end of your favorite TV series, a new process at work, the discontinuation of your favorite toothpaste), can differ both in reaction type and speed. This program will provide an explanation of how our current emotional state can influence our reactions to change, and how larger changes can throw us into a place of resistance or distress. This session will discuss strategies for adapting during difficult changes to get to a place of equilibrium and productivity
