This week the White House administration announced plans to limit harmful toxins such as percholate (a rocket fuel ingredient) and chromium-6 from drinking water. Throughout January, federal agencies focused on the levels of fluoride in drinking water and set standards to reduce lead in faucets and plumbing.

Simply type in your zip code and the name of your water company to receive a report showing what is in the water in your area. Armed with this knowledge, Turdiu says, homeowners, health practitioners and businesses can select the optimal filtration solution.
