PUR2o Serves Up High Quality Drinking Water at 3rd Annual Garden State Greenfest

Sept. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- At Garden State Greenfest 2010, PUR2O will provide clean & healthy drinking water for guests to refill their re-usable bottles  This year, Garden State Greenfest 2010 will be again hosted by Ed Begley, Jr. and includes presentations by leading environmental experts, scientists and personalities, family entertainment and wholesome food and refreshments. Garden State Greenfest will also offer various programs covering green lifestyle, home and garden, construction, business, energy, and conservation topics. The 2nd Annual Garden State Green Awards sponsored by Kean University will acknowledge individuals and organizations that have made significant efforts toward preservation of the planet.

This year the Garden State Greenfest keynote speakers, author Elizabeth Royte and Greenpeace Executive Director Phil Radford will focus their talk on waste production by individuals and industry alike and what the general public can do to help combat it. PUR2o will help Garden State Greenfest reduce its waste by providing free, high quality drinking water for all attendees, thus eliminating the need for the sale of bottled water on site.

Visitors to the PUR2o booth will also be able to submit a home water sample for on the spot free, basic water quality testing.  Visitors to the fair are encouraged to bring a reusable container so that they can take advantage of PUR2o’s contribution to the fair. For those without a container, PUR2o will provide PLA - Corn based cups which bio-degrade in 90 days.
