The Mongtomery County Toastmasters Club of Hillsboro, IL Hears Two Inspirational Speeches!

Sept. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- The Montgomery County Toastmasters Club met on Tuesday, 9-7-10 at the Red Rooster Inn in downtown Hillsboro, IL.  One guest, Dennis Viehweg was present.  

Ron Lawrence was the Master of Ceremonies for the evening.  Ashley Lawrence led the impromptu speaking portion of the program.  

The first prepared speaker was Ryan Goodall.  Ryan delivered an inspirational talk, which was his 10th and final project from the "Toastmasters Basic Manual".  His talk was entitled "How To Find Inspiration".  By completing this project, Ryan now qualifies for the Toastmasters International "Competent Communicator" award.

The evening's final prepared presenter was Martha Ruppert, who was giving her third speech as a club member.  Her inspirational talk was called "Make The World A Better Place".  

New members and guests are always welcome, as the club meets every first and third Tuesday of the month from 7 to 8 pm at the Red Rooster Inn.
