After a lifetime of having to hide the fact that he’s gay, Milo finally experiences the freedom of being able to express his true feelings when he becomes romantically involved with his lifelong friend and band mate, Liam; however, a sinister stalker intent on orchestrating Milo’s downfall soon wreaks havoc on their relationship, ultimately leading to an abrupt breakup that devastates Liam to the point of near self-destruction. Katt takes the reader on a vicarious journey through the backstage world of Rock N’ Roll, as her characters experience everything music to love to sex to unchecked drug addiction. With vivid descriptions and winding plotlines, Shattered Glass weaves an intricate web of mystery and suspense and Milo and Liam struggle to fulfill the lifelong desires of their hearts in the face of one form of unforeseen adversity after another. Regardless of the fact that their love is one still seen as taboo by much of modern society, the reader will nonetheless relate to their tortuous struggle simply to be accepted as they are and allowed to follow the true desires of their hearts.

Unflinchingly real, Shattered Glass is a dynamic page-turner. An entertaining read.
