July 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Humankind has worked for millennia to attain advanced mental states that can help achieve everything from spiritual enlightenment to weight loss to stress relief. California-based company PorterVision now offers a shortcut in the form of its innovative new product, ZenFrames.

“ZenFrames is a portable achievement device,” explains PorterVision founder and ZenFrames creator Patrick K. Porter, PhD. “It uses special glasses and encoded guided visualization recordings to deliver gentle pulses of light and sound that simulate relaxed brainwave frequencies.”

Porter says he created ZenFrames at this particular time because of the unprecedented stress levels inherent in the modern lifestyle. No one is immune to the damaging consequences of such super-stress, he says.

“High mortgages, family troubles, too much work, fear of layoffs, technology meltdowns, and a new pressure to multi-task all conspire to create a new reality of more stress than any human can reasonably handle,” says Porter. “Add to that the new global perspective that provides daily images of terrorism, violence, and deadly diseases, and you’ve got a recipe for stress overload far beyond anything experienced by prior generations.”

Such super-stress prompts the human body into a fight-or-flight response, which triggers the release of adrenaline and cortisol. When chronic stress forces the release of those powerful hormones several times a day, the body has to work overtime, says Porter, and the risk of disease rises exponentially.

“ZenFrames counteract the effects of stress through extensively researched light and sound technology. The glasses use finely-tuned light and sound frequencies to synchronize the left and right sides of the brain and produce deeply relaxed brainwave activity. In other words,” says Porter, “ZenFrames produce the relaxation response needed to battle super-stress.”

That’s not all the glasses are capable of, though.

According to Dr. Patrick Porter, one 20-minute session guides the listener to the profound levels of relaxation known for focus, learning, achievement, and healing. When combined with PorterVision’s creative visualization and relaxation (CVR) audio programs, the sky is the limit when it comes to creating any new reality a user has in mind. Since that same 20-minute session is equal to four hours of sleep, users will also find the experience refreshing and energizing.

ZenFrames are simple to use and come with everything a person needs; all the user has to do is plug the ZenFrames into the earphone jack of his or her MP3 player. Then, Porter says, users can choose from 25 different series on topics such as weight loss, stopping smoking, stress reduction, insomnia, mind-over-menopause and much more.

“With hundreds of programs to choose from, there’s no limit to how good you can feel and what you can achieve,” says Porter. “If you want to get more done in less time, ZenFrames are for you!”
