• Conduct deep-web searches to extract your desired passive talent and explore additional tools to develop candidate profiles when the “perfect CV” doesn’t exist.
As an experienced research expert with over 15 years of experience, Laura serves as AIRS Senior Director of Training. She leads AIRS sourcing research and course development. With an extensive and diversified global recruiting background, Laura is a frequent presenter at national and international industry conferences. She has made appearances at Onrec, AESC, ERE and Kennedy Information. Since joining AIRS in 2000, Laura has trained numerous recruiters and corporate clients from many different industries around the world. She began her recruiting career as a researcher for executive search firms working on international and domestic projects. Previously, she also worked as a Recruiter for J.D. Edwards in Denver, Colorado and as a Technical Recruiter for EMDS in Brussels, Belgium.
With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Sourcing and Recruiting, Kelly serves as a Sourcing Researcher and Trainer with AIRS. Starting her career as an HR Generalist in the healthcare field, Kelly then moved on to the Telecom and Defense industries in subsequent roles as Recruiter and Sourcer. A long time fan of AIRS, Kelly joined the company in 2008 as a Sourcing Researcher and is a significant contributor to the course development process. Kelly also writes and edits the AIRS Sourcing Report, a free monthly resource of sourcing techniques and tips and is a featured contributor to the highly regarded talent management blog, Fistful of Talent. Social Media is a passion of Kelly's and she manages several of AIRS online networking communities including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Kelly is also regularly featured at national industry conferences, webinars and media, and is a member of SHRM.
