April 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Handyman Matters of Raleigh recently won an award for Rookie of the Year at the national franchise convention held in Jacksonville, Florida. The Rookie of the Year award was given to the top five franchisees that began operations in 2009 and were open for three months or more. Each franchisee was judged on their percentage of revenue goal reached (quota), total revenue in 2009, total new customers and the retention rate of acquired customers. Steve Payne, owner of Handyman Matters in Raleigh, received this award as a result of his hard work and dedication to his customers.
