When asked how much money the sales reps could make, Bruce Livolsi, General Manager of AAA Phone On Hold replied, "That will depend on how hard the reps are willing to work. Since they're paid commission, the more sales they make, the more money they'll make." Will there be cap on the amount of comissions paid by the company? "Absolutely not," Livolsi said. "Each sale must be completed before the commission is paid. This way, nobody has to worry about their money being there when they need it."

Sales reps will be allowed to utilize whatever means they have at their disposal in order to generate leads, contact prospective clients, etc. In other words, no one will be telling them how to do their job. Of course, there will be standards of ethics that must be adhered to. New company representatives will be required to read through a short manual outlining expected rules of conduct.
