By: Jason Yun BootCamp Fitness expert Jason Yun has several tips to ensure you are not a “resolutionist” Nutrition: · Eat breakfast. It should be the largest meal of the day, to help set the tone for your energy levels, metabolism, and fat burning. It should be the 15-25% of your daily calories. · Follow the 90% Rule. No one can stick to their own personal diet 100% of the time, so 90% is a more attainable goal. · Eat a Minimum 5 times a Day. These are smaller meals but they constantly feed the body with nutrients and energy. Fitness: · Once you start, don’t stop. Whether you start off working out two times or four times a week, be consistent with that plan. This will allow you to continue building your endurance. Long breaks will take you twice as long to build back to where you were. · Make it Interesting. If your workout is boring you, change it up. Yun says he can take six exercises and make at least 10 different workouts. Change up the steps, reps, times, and equipment to keep your body working. · Multi- Yun says none of these tips matter unless you see your self succeeding in your mind first.
