| ICCM is Chosen by West Midlands Police to Help Them Meet the ISS4PS DirectiveWest Midlands Police, the second largest police force in the country, has selected ICCM’s Service Desk tool to manage their IT systems in accordance with the ‘The National Policing Improvement Agency’s’ (NPIA) ISS4PS directive.
