President Obama can Create 7 Million New American Jobs & $700 Billion in Annual Revenue...

June 3, 2009 - PRLog -- President Obama has been trying to create new jobs for Americans since he became President and that hasn’t been an easy task. This is one of the worst economies Americans have seen and it’s time to start thinking out of the box as he says.

What he didn’t realize is that there’s an opportunity to create 7 million new jobs for Americans in a proven industry that will generate over $700 Billion dollars per year in revenue for Americans. This is in an already proven industry, but an industry that we stopped a few years back right before the downturn.
Believe it or not, we were already doing this in the United States and doing it rather well. Some even attribute the recession based on this industry going away and it can be tracked.

Our economy slowly started heading south once this industry started leaving the United States and each year got a little worse. Just think about it, we had 7 million more jobs in an industry that the government and Americans shut down. But this was all done when times were good, when we were all fat and drunk with success and excess! Of course Americans wouldn’t want to be affiliated with an industry that didn’t have the clout as other industries did. Why would anyone want to be associated with an industry that wasn’t as prestigious as, lets say the “mortgage” industry? Or as exiting as the “real estate” industry? So when things are going well and we no longer think we need certain industries, we think we cannot fail, so we start picking at things to get rid of and so we chose to rid ourselves of 7 million jobs and $700 Billion in annual revenue.

Why would we do that?

Well, many professionals think it was because we were miss informed. Others didn’t realize it would have such a negative impact on the economy. Regardless of the reasons why aren’t we looking at bringing it back?

This isn’t a theory it’s an actual proven fact!

Fact: We can create and bring back 7 million American Jobs!
Fact: Those 7 million new jobs would create $700 billion in annual revenue!

Again, these aren’t theories, but actual facts based on the last couple of years this industry was in the United States.

The industry you ask, is telemarketing! That’s right! Telemarketing was a $700 billion dollar industry in the United States and employed more than 7 million Americans. The main reason the government pushed to get rid of telemarketing was because the #1 complaint of Americans was “the interruptions during dinner time”.

I just wonder how many Americans lost their homes to foreclosure were the ones that also voted to get rid of $700 billion per year in revenue? Just think about that, how many Americans have suffered because we lost 7 million jobs?
How about all of the unemployed Americans who cannot find a job, I wonder how many of them voted to get rid of 7 million jobs?

I’m sure if you now ask Americans if there was a way to generate 7 million new jobs, if they’d say, we should do it? I’m sure most Americans would say, yes! Let’s bring back 7 million new jobs and $700 billion in annual revenue. But of those, I wonder which ones would change their mind once they find out it’s from telemarketing?

I don’t know about you, but I can definitely tolerate the interruptions during dinner time for the benefit of 7 million Americans! I think most can and if they don’t want to be interrupted at dinner time they should just unplug the phone or turn the ringer off. Maybe they should focus at not reading their emails on their black berries during dinner as well, or they can also make sure their children aren’t texting during dinner either.

Have Americans become so distant with arrogance that we’re afraid of the big bad “telemarketers”? Are we that shallow that we’d rather suffer as a Country instead of swallowing our pride and doing what’s best not only for our Countries economy, but also for millions of Americans?

President Obama says, “He’s thinking outside of the box” and I challenge him to really do something that would create an immediate legacy based about something he actually did instead of being judged solely on his race! I challenge President Obama to prove me wrong and show me he can follow through and think out of the box and bring back 7 million American jobs!

Let’s see if President Obama will bring back 7 million jobs or if he just doesn’t want to get interrupted during dinner time.
