Joining him will be two psychics that have participated in PSI research with Dr. Neppe, and whose premonitions have been examined and documented through the phenomenological approach of SEATTLE. Neppe will tell us how SEATTLE worksm and compares to the statistical models and methods that have been used to evaluate the significance of the information recorded by those who use PSI.

The term PSI denotes anomalous processes of information or energy transfer, processes such as telepathy or other forms of extrasensory perception that are currently unexplained in terms of known physical or biological mechanisms.
