Gennifer Flowers was offered $5 million dollars by a private Japanese businessman for the four original cassettes that contained the candid and intimate conversations. At the time, Flowers was in the middle of a media maelstrom regarding her alleged twelve year love affair with Bill Clinton. “As attractive as the offer was, I was scared, and this was the proof that I had to protect myself,” Flowers admits.

Flowers, a comedienne, actress and singer has been performing her show around the country for many years. After considering the fact that these tapes would be a prized addition to many historians, Flowers is now ready to part with the recordings.  “I’m not interested in hurting or helping anyone that’s running (for President),” Flowers explains about her decision to now sell the tapes. “I’m doing this for myself.”  She has hired J. Sugarman Auction Corp of Miami to assist her with the sale and auction of these tapes.

J. Sugarman Auction Corp has appointed Arthur Horowitz, a former auctioneer of New York City to handle this auction.
