Renowned, but not one of the best (jet engine?) or worst (stink bomb?) inventions of the 1940s?It's a game you have probably played and enjoyed. Unlike baseball where homeruns much outnumber bunts, this game is mostly bunt-worthy plays. Even the occasional homerun stays well inside the park of possibilities and far short of reasonable fences.
By: WildWords Game Company This is what Google AI says about Brand X: "Choose Brand X if... You find IT too restrictive or punishing with difficult letter combinations. You enjoy games with more room for creative wordplay and higher-risk, higher-reward plays. You want a more forgiving and relaxed word game experience." What a difference a new board, new tiles, and new rules make. For once something has been smartened up instead of dumbed-down. WildWords is a game of creative thinking across your complete vocabulary. It does not need a dictionary of its own with foreign and domestic gibberish so lifetime memorizers can beat newcomers. That IT game, itself, is not exactly mind-boggling. There is a free Internet version at the website as well as instructions to turn that famous IT game into a game of WildWords. Here's a video of a practice session at YouTube where every play but one used all seven tiles. The different style of thinking required is explained. This is not the game Grandma played: https://www.youtube.com/ Website is: http://www.wildwords.us End
