Recognized QA Expert DARYL GUBERMAN Fraud:SUPPLIERS Boeing & ANSI–ANAB Accredited Quality Standards

Daryl Guberman, a recognized quality expert and Boeing shareholder, has revealed a shocking truth: decades of AS9100, ISO 9001, and derivative certifications across the global aerospace, medical and other industries were built on false pretenses. These certifications, which companies and governments rely on to guarantee the quality and safety of aircraft and aerospace parts, medical etc. may have been fraudulent from the start.

This is not just a Boeing problem. It spans the globe — impacting companies like Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton Standard, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Airbus, and other companies like Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson, Moderna. There are also global registrars including ANSI-ANAB board members: TÜV-SUD, TUV-RHINELAND, BSI, NQA, NSF, DQS, INTERTEK, and others. Many of these organizations may not have known the system was broken, but they all meet, communicate, and audit within the same aerospace organizations, medical organizations, and others, which raises serious questions.

Boeing Set the Trap

After 9/11, Boeing warned it might lay off tens of thousands of employees. Then, within months in 2002, Boeing changed direction:

April 2002: Suppliers were required to certify special processes like heat treating, welding, and nondestructive testing. Critical Flight Safety Processes.

July 2002: Boeing issued a Supplier Bulletin stating all suppliers must be AS9100 certified through ANSI–ANAB-accredited registrars or internationally equivalent bodies, including Iran (admitted to harboring some of the 911 terrorists) , Pakistan (harbored the mastermind of 911 Osama Bin Laden) , and China (cybersecurity issues and other items)

Boeing stated in the April & July 2002 Bulletins, they would only visit suppliers if need be or need arises. They also stated that this: send your certification in and parts this would reduce "redundant" inspection. There is no such thing as redundant inspection in quality. It appears, what Boeing meant: "send in certifications and parts". The redundant inspections would be them not having to send in auditors to suppliers.

Boeing itself was not AS9100 certified for 22 years and sat on the ANSI–ANAB Management Systems Accreditation Committee, the body that could grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications.

This created a system-wide illusion of Boeing being AS9100 certified, where rules were enforced on everyone else while Boeing ignored them.

The Trap Spread to Everyone Else

Other aerospace leaders followed Boeing's lead, possibly unknowingly auditing suppliers in a system already corrupted from the top:

Boeing

Pratt & Whitney

Hamilton Standard

Lockheed Martin

Rolls-Royce

Airbus and other companies

EXAMPLE:
Even small supplier, like 'Joe's Machine Shop,' were caught in this trap. Joe worked hard, passed every audit, and proudly displayed his AS9100 certificate. But because Boeing never followed the same standards, Joe's certification was built on a false foundation — even if he did everything right.

This is a classic example of false pretenses in auditing.

It is also true for the Authorized Supplier Inspector Employee that was an employee at Joe's machine shop authorized to approve Lockheed parts getting paid by Joe, this illustrates a conflict of interest as well inspection under a system that was fundamentally flawed from the start.

How the System Works — And Why It's Broken

Here's how the global chain of certification works:

1
. ANSI–ANAB underwrites the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).

2. These global bodies certify national accreditation organizations, which then certify registrars, who finally audit companies.

3. Because Boeing sat on ANSI–ANAB committees without proper certification, the foundation was corrupt, contaminating every layer.

4. ANSI-ANAB board members Corporations, Federal Agencies like DHS, DOJ, DOC, FDA are not just members but customers. There are also Registrars: TÜV-SUD, RHINELAND, BSI, NQA, NSF, DQS, INTERTEK, and other registrars unknowingly carried the contamination forward, certifying suppliers worldwide.

5. GLOBAC (2026): A Merger That Cannot Hide 22 Years of Fraud The newly formed Global Accreditation Cooperation (GLOBAC)—a merger of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC)—is being presented as a step toward unified and streamlined global accreditation. Yet beneath this rebranding lies a stark reality: ANSI–ANAB cannot escape accountability for its 22 years of systemic failures and complicity in Boeing's fraudulent practices. Changing names and consolidating organizations does not erase the misconduct, the oversight lapses, or the billions spent by manufacturers under false pretenses. Even under GLOBAC, ANSI–ANAB remains a key underwriter and influential participant, ensuring that its legacy of influence and oversight continues. GLOBAC may appear as a new entity, but the legacy of negligence and deception REMAINS, and attempts to bury it under a new banner will not absolve those responsible.

Worldwide Impact

This problem is not limited to the United States. Suppliers, auditors, and registrars around the world are affected because:

- Certification standards are internationally shared and enforced.

- National accreditation bodies in countries like China, Iran, and Pakistan can issue certificates under the same global rules and are equivalent to ANSI-ANAB.

- Every AS9100, ISO 9001, and derivative certificate tied to ANSI–ANAB or its international equivalents could be fraudulent, potentially affecting aircraft and aerospace systems, medical and all other industries on every continent.

Why Auditors and Inspectors Should Be Concerned

Auditors and Designated "Authorized Supplier Employee" may have done their jobs perfectly, visiting factories, inspecting parts. But because the system itself was built on false pretenses, their work — and the certifications they issued — could be invalid, no matter how carefully it was done.

This means employees like source inspectors at Boeing. Lockheed Martin, Hamilton Standard, Pratt & Whitney, Airbus, or Rolls-Royce or other companies, were auditing under a system that was fundamentally flawed from the start.

GUBERMAN-PMC: The Only Untarnished Standard

There is one exception: GUBERMAN-PMC, LLC.

- 15 years strong, fully American-based and American-made.

- Not involved with China, Iran, or any foreign governments.

- In 2016, GUBERMAN-PMC was invited to join IAF or ANSI–ANAB but refused, maintaining complete independence.

Why? Because a year earlier (2015-2021), IAF leadership had been handed over to a Communist Chinese leader, mandated by the China National Intelligence Law, Article 7, to collect global data.

GUBERMAN-PMC said no, choosing to remain legitimate, independent, and untarnished, the only company in this sector fully outside the corrupted system.

The Call to Action

The evidence is clear: the entire global certification system for aerospace, medical and other industries is built on false pretenses, affecting suppliers, auditors, and registrars worldwide.

The world must demand truth, integrity, and real oversight. GUBERMAN-PMC demonstrates that it is possible to maintain legitimate standards, independent of corrupt global networks.

The choice is simple: follow the illusion, or follow the truth.
