Otherwise Brewing secures lead investor, seed round at 55% funded

SAN FRANCISCO - Aug. 12, 2023 - PRLog -- Otherwise Brewing is excited to announce that Founders Committee Ventures has come on board as a lead investor for the company's seed round. Combined with the successful termination of Otherwise's equity crowdfunding campaign in July and other angel investments, the round currently sits at 55% funded.

Founders Committee is an early-stage generalist fund based out of New York, and Otherwise is their second investment in the beer space. "We're incredibly excited to be working with Founders," stated Otherwise CEO Aaron Gervais. "They bring a diverse wealth of experience to the table, and they appreciate the potential of the gluten-free beer market."

Otherwise's fundraising momentum will allow the company to green-light several of its raise initiatives over the coming months, including an expanded national e-commerce program, opening its own taproom, and making new sales hires.
