Otherwise Brewing's 2025-Q1 nearly doubles growth year over year, lands new investments

SAN FRANCISCO - April 7, 2025 - PRLog -- Otherwise Brewing announced today a remarkably strong start to 2025, reporting significant growth in the first quarter. Overall revenues increased 81% year-over-year, with total sales exceeding the company's internal plan by 22%, a notable achievement during a typically slow season for the beer industry.

The gluten-free beer brand experienced robust growth across all its sales channels compared to the same period last year. Its tasting room saw a dramatic increase of 157% YoY, while off-premise sales (grocery and liquor stores) grew by 88% YoY, and on-premise sales (bars and restaurants) increased by 52% YoY. Consistent performance was noted, with sales exceeding projections in all three months of the quarter.

In addition to strong sales performance, Otherwise Brewing successfully launched a new funding round in Q1 and secured its first investment from LvlUp Ventures. Otherwise Brewing was the first company to receive investment from LvlUp Ventures' newly established CPG fund.
