Two Snell & Wilmer Attorneys Selected As SD Metro's 2023 Men of Accomplishment

Brown is an employment and commercial litigation attorney. He represents public and private employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including suits for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, sexual assault/negligence, wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, whistleblower claims, disability accommodation, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. He also handles business disputes, aviation-related matters, and defense of OSHA citations. In addition to litigation, Brown routinely counsels employers and human resources professionals on compliance with state and federal employment laws, with a focus on best practices—particularly risk identification and mitigation. He also conducts independent workplace investigations. He is an active member of the Business Forum International (San Diego Chapter), American Bar Association, San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, San Diego County Bar Association, and American Inns of Court. Brown serves his community as a Board Member of the Palomar Health Foundation and is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
