"As per the filings, Cunningham has sought permission in an attempt to distribute this brief to case participants fairly and effectively. Additionally, he aims to move the court to waive all defects in this filing. While filing his briefs as an individual, Cunningham confirms that he has no parent company, nor has he issued any stock." Mr. Cunningham originally asked the Court for permission on November 8th. The judge in the case "granted permission to all entities who sought leaves to file their amicus briefs. While Ripple had 13 establishments having their back, the SEC only got three supporting them. So far, the six XRP holders, Coinbase, Veri DAO, Paradigm Operations, The Blockchain Association, Reaper Financial, The Crypto Council for Innovation, and Cryptillian Payment System have officially filed their briefs."
