By: Dashade Music Empire "Perhaps we need some outside universal threat to make us recognize the common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world." - Ronald Reagan In the 1980s after this speech of concern, an initiative to protect the space around this planet was activated. This safety net was called the Strategic Defense Initiative; it was labeled the Star Wars Program. But on December 20th 2019, this program was extended by a new military space force. A branch that many think was modeled after Star Trek, and the film Star Wars. According to data revealed by Air Force Magazine this branch has 8,400 military personnel, and 77 spacecraft. A report by Space News Media Network found that the 2023 budget for the new Space Force is $24.5 billion. Brandon Specktor of Live Science reported a new possible threat as an asteroid 4 times the size of New York's Empire State Building is heading in the vicinity of planet Earth. The motto of this new military branch is Semper Supra, and this means "Always above". This motto is an expression of actions of settlements on the intergalactic space station, moon bases, and the planet Mars biospheres. A replica of these biospheres are located in Arizona for the Biosphere 2 project. A fan of this old, and new theme; is a comedian named Maurice Williams. He has released a new track called Star Waars Comedy Mania. A new six episode Star Wars series called Obi-Wan Kenobi will be aired on the Disney application on May, 27 th. The saga continues... http://youtu.be/ He cried inside with much joy as the American filmmaker Kevin Smith stepped on the Millennium Falcon: "When I was a kid, I liked 'Star Wars,' and now I'm on the 'Star Wars' set. The moment I stepped on the Millennium Falcon 10 years dropped off my life." - Kevin Smith End
