At the start of the new presidential race there were ideas that were promised, and some Americans were delighted by the outcomes for those ideas. As the United States embraces some of those promises many are afraid, and some are angry because sometimes with changes come suffering. In 1935, President Franklin D. Roosevelt decided to enact a national welfare system for poor families.

The federal government decided that it can't afford to keep spending at the current rate without its economic monetary system crashing, and so the national welfare system of 1935 has begun a target of discontinuation or implementing a reduction of funding with restrictions in order to be eligible for the programs.
