Fibrus Networks choose Sysco Software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Supply Chain Management set to digitally transform and unify operations at Fibrus Networks enabling a rapid rollout of hyperfast fibre broadband across rural regions.
By integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Supply Chain Management as part of their daily business operations, Fibrus Networks will have a secure, cloud-based SaaS platform which can accurately track and control individual financial ledgers, budgets, inventory, sub-contractors, procurement including full MRP and site level forecasting as well as HR for the onboarding of employees for each town project.
Commenting on the success of going live in the first phase of the project with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Gerrie Voogdt, Business Improvement Manager for Fibrus Networks said, "Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management has given us a more automated approach to Planning, Procurement strategy and Financial dimensions associated with all our projects. We can now better forecast material requirements long term and short term, which ensures we can keep projects on track and within budget."
In a phased implementation approach using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Fibrus are set to achieve real-time access and visibility across the company for accounting and billing, distribution and stock control through to the visibility of on-site over and underground works by sub-contracted companies.

Sysco Software are now expanding the Microsoft Dynamics 365 eco-system at Fibrus with an integrated Customer Relationship Management solution for customer onboarding, updates by on-site installation partners, automated provisioning of activated services, customer service requests and board level management reporting.
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform will further integrate with the Microsoft enterprise technology stack, providing live VOIP calls with customer service response agents.
