Dr. Guy Rabbat Joins GovComm's Advisory Board as Chairman
Dr. Rabbat will help steer GovComm through a transition onto its newly developed artificial intelligence (AI) video detection platform that will help fulfill the growing demand for effective automation of traffic safety & management.

Dr. Rabbat has held senior executive positions in global multinational corporations, such as IBM, General Motors, General Electric, Xerox, Daimler-Benz and Solectron. He was Corporate Officer, Vice-President as well as Chief Executive Officer of their subsidiaries. Dr. Rabbat has a Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. all in Electrical Engineering with honors from Queens University in the UK. He combines his extensive management experience with a distinguished scientific career as Fellow of world prestigious scientific associations such as IEEE (New York), IEE/ITE (London), British Computer Society, Royal Charter, with 8 innovation patents, 3 books and over 120 publications.
While GovComm's market share continues to increase in the company's line of certified traffic camera systems utilized for observation, management's vision is for Dr. Rabbat to help the company become the innovation leader for AI video detection technology in the Intelligent Transportation System industry.
