RALEIGH, N.C. - May 26, 2021 - PRLog -- Strive Coaching Studio Founder, CEO, and Certified Business Coach Michelle Simms takes great pleasure in announcing the formation of her new company, conceived to guide business leaders to cultivate the highest version of themselves to thrive in work and in life.

Simms spent 20 years in new home sales and marketing, with the last ten of those years as Co-Owner of Terramor Homes, developing leadership roles throughout her organization. She has additionally  enjoyed a dynamic role in fundraising for Duke Children's Hospital and the YMCA of the Triangle, has been a frequent spokesperson on Triangle radio, and has actively participated in the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh – Wake and Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties, and the Johnston County Building Industry Association.

"With a lot of determination, perseverance, and some grit mixed in for good measure, I started Terramor Homes in the midst of 'the great recession,'" says Simms. "Against all odds, the business flourished; in just a decade, my little company had grown into an $85 million enterprise that was acquired by DR Horton, the largest publicly traded company in the industry. This background was the inspiration for my launch of Strive Coaching Studio. I've blended my real-world experience into a unique coaching style to empower entrepreneurs and business professionals to create the companies, the culture, and the future they wish to achieve.
