As a coach, he works with both aspiring and established writers who want to retain control of the creative process but need a different perspective to help push past barriers and achieve their desired literary outcome. In the role of ghostwriter, Matthew mainly partners with successful business leaders who are seeking to become more of an authority in their specific industry by conveying their knowledge and expertise in the most compelling way possible. He also has a passion for working with professionals who have a message of growth or inspiration but lack the time or ability to effectively relate it in writing. Matthew's first book, "Employed: A Career Readiness," is aimed at helping young people give more thought to what path they want to take in life and then providing them the skills needed to impress hiring managers on their interview and beyond. His second book, "Grow Up: No Really," is also aimed at young adults in the hopes of helping them with learn a number of basic life lessons that are unfortunately not taught in most high schools or colleges.
