The annual recognition honors the industry's leading and most influential Opportunity Zone professionals in five categories: attorneys, fund managers and developers, tax specialists, policy influencers and professionals in specialized fields. Candidates were evaluated based on their vision, influence and industry experience
Schultz joins several others listed as influencers, including U.S. Senators Cory Booker and Tim Scott, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson.
