Millen – co-founder and managing partner of Peak Performance Group, the worksite benefits communication and enrollment firm founded in Richmond, VA – hosts the podcast that focuses on ways small to mid-size businesses can "hack" their benefit programs to reduce costs while not compromising healthcare coverage and other employee perks. Cardone was transparent with Millen during the podcast saying she and her husband, Grant Cardone, have worked since 2008 to set themselves us to face another downturn in the economy like the one we are seeing now.
During the podcast, Cardone says businesses at the very least need to have a vision for what they want to be on the other side of the pandemic. She said businesses must adopt a disciplined approach in order to weather the current situation, which means acceptance of the current situation, getting your business to "zero" and stopping all excess spending.
