Mark's Outing Celebrates 15 Years in Business with the Launch of its First Food Truck

SAN ANTONIO - Nov. 18, 2019 - PRLog -- Mark's Outing, a staple neighborhood burger joint, is celebrating its 15th year in business by launching its first foot truck trailer.

This 20-foot food truck trailer boasts a full mobile kitchen - with a prep table,  a flat top grill, bun warmers, deep fryers, and a commercial fridge/freezer - giving it the capacity to run the full Mark's Outing kitchen and recreating its delicious all angus beef burgers with its signature home-style buns.

"We have been in San Antonio for 15 years and we want to see the city," says Mark Outing, Owner of Mark's Outing, "If they cannot come to us, we will go to them bringing our amazing burgers and signature buns to every corner of the city."
