ST. LOUIS - July 9, 2019 - PRLog -- Engage, experts in the design and development of web and mobile software solutions for businesses, organizations and nonprofits, has implemented Engage AMS and launched a new website for the Senior Planners Industry Network (SPIN), the world's largest association of senior-level meeting professionals.

Utilizing Engage AMS' fully integrated association management system (AMS) and content management system (CMS), SPIN has streamlined its website and database management for administrative staff and increased member engagement with easier event registrations, payments and renewals.

Connecting more than 2,700 meeting, event planners and supplier members across the United States and Canada, SPIN was eager to replace its antiquated, difficult-to-use and rarely visited website with a user-friendly, mobile-responsive site. SPIN was using an AMS with an integrated CMS that posed many limitations on administrators when it came to managing and adding new website content. It also restricted how content could be organized and displayed, therefore discouraging website visits by members.

SPIN also wanted to upgrade to an all-in-one solution with an integrated CMS that would streamline administrative processes and drive engagement in just one platform, including membership management for varying levels, content editing, secure online payments and customer relationship management (CRM) for potential sponsors.

Engage designed and built a new website for SPIN with dramatically improved functionality and navigation that now allows members to view all resources in one place, organized by category. Engage also provided personalized training and support throughout the implementation process.

For administrators, website content is now easier to manage and update so they can keep members interested and involved with the most up-to-date information. Since the website launched in April, SPIN has experienced a great increase in online member engagement, with easier event registrations, payments and membership renewals.

Tracey Smith, executive director of SPIN, said, "Engage's project management and support teams are very talented and have been really great to work with. The training they provided helped us get over the learning curve involved with any new system, and we were also able to quickly track project progress without having to make a phone call or send an email. Overall, it's now so much easier for members to interact with us, and that engagement will be a huge part of building out our network of professionals. We were looking for a solution that could carry SPIN into the future and Engage AMS is the system to do that."
